“The tv needs up date on channels The WiFi was not that great so was unhappy with that . We did travel with a 2 year old that we could not get in to her tablet for WiFi had to use my hotspot so was unhappy with that”

“Check in was great, Staff very accommodating. Hotel and area was very busy due to Texas Sand Festival. So pricing was a little more than expected. Due to soo many people in the area. The Pool bathroom was a little unkept and could have used a bit more of extra attention. Room was clean but had that mildewy smell about it. Kept it pretty freezing so the smell wouldn't over take. Carpets in the room could use a little steam cleaning. Breakfast has been great, but then we went like right at 6...

“We stayed in room 129. Our overall stay was not bad. However, there were things like the mattresses were not comfortable, the coffee at breakfast was not great and the wallpaper in the shower area is bubbling/peeling. And you do not get a discount on their golfcarts if you book your stay with them.”

“Checking in a small child was on a tablet while mom did laundry. Got checked in and went to eat and explore the area. Our room was very dated. I watched some tv and noticed several baby cockroaches climbing up the bedside table. I woke my husband and his foot landed right next to a larger one. We packed up. As we grabbed our dinner from the fridge a very large roach ran out. We threw our food away. It was 11:30pm and I had to find new accommodations. I still have not received our refund for the...

“Great place! We enjoyed our time here and the location was perfect for Sandfest! We cant wait to stay here in the future! Floors in rooms could have been a little cleaner, but overall, it was great.”

“Damaged floors, used linens, filthy floors and they charge a cleaning fee??? Save yourself some trouble and skip this place. The pics will catfish you.”

“Room had odd smell, baby spiders & gnats in bathroom area, black hair in sink, bathroom light couldn’t be turned on without extremely loud exhaust fan coming on with it. I’m only 5-11 and 200 pounds; however, I could barely fit in there… Only things good were the cost & the friendly staff. ”

“I have stayed here before. if you are Thurston Howell III, read no further...but if you want clean, cheap, lodging...look no further. the staff is super, super, friendly. place is tidy and neat, and next to everything (shorty's). ditch the button down, and slip into some flip flops at my favorite port A home. ”

“The property was excellent as it always is when we stay. I booked thru Expedia and the front desk over charged my credit card. They told me it was a fee charged by Expedia. I talked to Expedia and they said they didn’t charge any fees to get an itemized copy of my bill which still has not been sent to me. I guess keeping that supposed fee was worth losing a customer.”
